1. What we publish ourselves
This website consists of text and soft colour shapes drawn in code. No sexually explicit photo or video is shot, ordered, uploaded or shown by us anywhere on it. The operator therefore does not act as primary or secondary producer of such depictions under 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.
2. The live chat
Start sends you, in a new tab, to a video chat site that an outside company runs (at present ImLive). Everything shown there is streamed through that provider's own service; nothing passes through our servers or is stored by us. The provider is responsible for its member rules, its age checks and any records the law requires from it. Questions about a particular stream belong with the provider.
3. Adults only
Each person you meet through this site, whether in the chat or behind a partner link, has to be 18 or older. There is zero tolerance for anything that involves a minor. If you see someone who appears to be under 18, end the session, use the report function of the chat and inform the CyberTipline of the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org or call the tipline: 1-800-843-5678. Outside the United States, contact your national hotline or police.
